On the other end, a growing industry of claims consulting companies charges veterans $1,000, $3,000, sometimes $5,000+ for services that amount to filling out forms and reading regulations. They prey on urgency and confusion. Veterans shouldn't have to choose between waiting months for a free appointment or paying a mortgage payment for help that should be accessible.
AI tools in this space get things dangerously wrong — and mishandle your most sensitive data. We've seen other platforms hallucinate CFR citations that don't exist, fabricate diagnostic codes, and confidently give veterans wrong information about rating criteria, appeal deadlines, and eligibility rules. Getting it wrong costs real money and real time. Worse, many of these tools have no data security to speak of — no encryption, no audit trails, no business associate agreements. They ask you to paste your medical conditions and service records into a chatbot with no meaningful protection for your personal health information.

Our AI advisor (AIDEN) is backed by 40+ hand-verified regulatory facts from 38 CFR and USC — citations checked against the actual source. When AI generates a response, verified facts take absolute priority. If the AI hallucinates a citation, the verified fact overrides it. Every response cites its sources so you can check the regulation yourself. We'd rather say “I'm not sure” than give you wrong information.
Your data protected like it matters
All infrastructure runs on BAA-covered AWS (Business Associate Agreement — the HIPAA standard for health data). Your sensitive fields are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. Every data access is logged to an immutable audit trail. PHI-containing documents are processed through HIPAA-compliant AI pipelines, never through consumer-grade APIs. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't train AI models on it. Your medical conditions, ratings, and service records are yours — period.
$4.99/month because access matters
Claims consulting companies charge $1,000+. Other AI tools charge $30–50/month with no accuracy guarantees and no data protection. We charge $4.99 because we'd rather break even and serve every veteran than build a product that only people with money can access.
